Port Operations - Import and Export
M&L is an operator at the Port of Stockton, meaning we collect all the port and environmental fees as well as contract directly with Stevedors in the hiring of Labor. This frees up our customers to focus on their product, while M&L negotiates with the Port and with labor. M&L has also made considerable investments in conveyance equipment to ensure that your product is tendered quickly and as cost effectivley as possible. Dry Bulk Warehousing
M&L has approximately 350,000 square feet of dockside or near dock dry bulk warehouses, optimized for bulk vessel receiving and loading. Additionally, up to 20 acres of build-to-suit land for speciality products receiving, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution. A wide variety of adaptability for pre or post vessel processing.

Refrigerated Terminal
Our Port of Stockton refrigerated terminal is 140,000 square feet , 5,000,000 cubic feet, and has 17,000 fully racked pallet positions (28,000 total in our facilites). Some of our facility's main features :
- Separate atmospheres ranging from -20 degrees F to 45 degrees F
- 24 dock doors
- Rail served
- 384 pallet positions of blast freezing
- Deep Chill, Slacking, Tempering

Currently M&L has multiple food grade Bulk Dry Facilities, Maritime Facilities Dock side, and flat bulk warehousing which are all rail served by Class One rail lines, UP and BNSF at the Port of Stockton, or port adjacent on privately owned properties operated by M&L Divisions. M&L also has a refrigerated terminal at Port of Stockton, and owns and operates Austin Industrial Park in Manteca CA.
